Per the recommendation of our executive board, we will be voting on approving a number of one time expenses, including new gates around campus ($50,000), a mechanical entrance system that is installed at four entry points ($5,000), front office furniture ($6276.82), teacher lounge improvements ($10,000), and emergency supplies ($4000.) We will also be voting on approving the recommendation of our Ed Foundation Donation Subcommittee to donate a matching gift of $100,000 to the Ed Foundation’s Academic Endowment.
The Nominating Committee will announce the slate of officers for the 2018-19 Franklin PTA Executive Board.
The meeting will end with a presentation by Principal Sinfield of the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP).
