Shoe Drive A Big Success!

IMG_2028It’s official….the District-wide shoe drive raised $3,207 for SMMEF!!

Every single school participated, collecting a total of 4,582 lbs of shoes.  Thank you to all Franklin families who rummaged through their shoe closets to make this fundraiser a success.  It’s a wonderful demonstration of what we can do as a district to fund our school programming. Read more …

The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District is inviting all parents to participate in a 10-minute, anonymous, online Homework Survey. (Open until  March 27, 2015)

This is your chance to weigh in on an issue that impacts all students. Input is important to the district and principals and helps with the development and improvement of homework plans at each school, while fulfilling the district’s commitment to transparency and collaborative decision-making.
