Learn to practice mindfulness in a welcoming, informal setting. Two Franklin parents with training as mindful awareness instructors will lead meditation sessions every other Tuesday from 8:35-9:00 am. All levels of experience are welcome, particularly those who are new to the practice. Please try to arrive on time (right after drop off) and stay until the session is over at 9:00 to avoid disrupting the group. Participants are not required to attend every session. No RSVP necessary.
