17th Annual Sustainable Santa Monica Student Poster Contest

The Poster Contest is open to all K-12 students who attend school and/or live in Santa Monica. Each year, students use art to investigate a theme of sustainability relevant to Santa Monica. The 2025 theme will be "Cultivating Sustainable Food through Community Gardens and Urban Farming,” sharing the wonderful benefits of our community gardens and the opportunities for people to become urban farmers. Here in Santa Monica, in addition to gardening at home, we can raise chickens, become beekeepers and grow food on rooftops and the walls of buildings.
