Welcome to Franklin from Your PTA President

Hello Parents, Teachers, and Friends of Franklin,

Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! You should have received my welcome letter digitally via Aeries and in your child’s backpack this week, but I’m excited to extend my greetings once again.

Franklin is an exceptional elementary school with dedicated teachers, a supportive staff, and outstanding administration, making it a great place for our children to learn. Our parent community is one of a kind. 

With three of my four children currently at Franklin (in Kindergarten, Second, and Fourth Grades) and my oldest thriving in Middle School as a Franklin graduate, I’m thrilled to serve as your PTA President.

I encourage you to join or renew your PTA membership for just $10 per person. Membership provides a voice in our meetings, the ability to vote on important matters, and most importantly, supports our children. Participating in PTA events and meetings is a great way to connect with our community.

This year, the PTA will continue supporting programs like the Science Club/Fair, Multicultural Fair, Book Fairs, Math Enrichment, Movie Night, All-School Campout, Field Trips, Parent Education, Move-A-Thon, and more. As well as fund critical items like academic software, teacher grants, and assemblies.

- Attending our monthly PTA meetings, starting with the first one on Thursday, August 29th at 8:45am in the Cafetorium.
