Upward Bound House Presents the 12th Annual Home Run for Kids-Nov 17th

Join Ms. Brossoit’s team, Be the Change-Franklin Elementary, as she runs/walk this 5k with students and families who want to raise money for Upward Bound House. All registrations for the run/walk support our local Upward Bound House.

Upward Bound House has established an extraordinary record of success in addressing family homelessness. Since our inception, we have helped more than 2,500 families including over 4,900 children transition from homelessness to permanent housing. Over 95% of these families were still in their homes more than a year after placement. The mission of Upward Bound House (UBH) is to eliminate homelessness among families with children in Los Angeles by providing housing, supportive services, and advocacy.

This is an optional non-Franklin sponsored event, so all students must be accompanied by an adult. All grade levels are welcome.
